NBC’s Pete Williams reports that five people have been shot: one police officer, and four military members.The shooting incident began on the U.S. Naval Recruiting on Lee Highway in Chattanooga ended at the U.S. Naval Reserve Center on Amincola Highway Thursday morning about 11am.A Chattanooga police officer was shot, according to Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke.There may be other victims, but a number has not been confirmed.The Department of Homeland Security has activated their Chattanooga Strike Team, other district strike teams have been put on standby.Tennesse Gov. Bill Haslam’s residence has been shutdown temporarily, and additional security is in place at the Tennessee Capitol. Additional THP troopers are in place around the complex.Roads around both areas are closed to traffic as the investigation continues.

A woman who worked at a restaurant next to the recruiting office on Lee Highway told CNN she saw the shooting.
“I looked out of our window and I seen the guy in his car, a silver Mustang, drop top, a white guy and he had a high-powered rifle and was just firing shots into the Air Force, Navy and Marines office,” Gina Mule told CNN. “I don’t even know how many shots he fired, but it was a lot. … After he got done opening fire, he pulled out really quick.”

This celebrate Tolerance and Diversity crap has gotten so bad in the U.K. that members of the British Military (God Bless Them) have been told to not wear their uniforms in public, in their own country, because it's too dangerous.
How much do you want to bet that we will have to listen to yet another pantload from Obama about how His Oh So Refined Feelings have been personally hurt (possibly even interfering with his next tee off time) by having to speak about this, and that it shows that we need More Gun Control.
