Viktor Orbán has used his annual Christmas message to call on Europeans to protect their Christian culture, and vowed Hungary will not “retreat behind concrete blocks” at Christmas and watch its women and daughters “harassed in the New Year’s Eve crowd” like its multicultural neighbours.

 

“Christianity is culture and civilization. We live in it. It is not about how many people go to church or how many pray honestly. Culture is the reality of everyday life… Christian culture defines our everyday morals,” wrote the Fidesz leader, in an article published in Magyar Idők.

Orbán also took aim at the enemies of his ‘country first’ policies, who say he cannot claim to be Christian if he will not support allowing “millions from other continents to settle into Europe” in accordance with the commandment to “love thy neighbour as thyself”.

“They forget the second part of the commandment,” observed Orbán: “To love ourselves.”

The conservative heavyweight explained: “Loving ourselves also means taking and protecting all that we are and who we are. To love ourselves means that we love our country, our nation, our family, Hungarian culture and European civilization.”

“Fundamentals of European life are now under attack,” the Hungarian leader continued, alluding to the difficulties faced by countries such as Britain, France, Germany, and Sweden, which have all pursued policies of mass migration and state-sponsored multiculturalism.

“Regardless of whether we are going to church or not, and if so, to which we are going, we do not want to celebrate the sacrament just behind the curtains so as not to violate the sensitivity of others,” he declared.

“We don’t want our Christmas markets to be renamed, and we definitely don’t want to retreat behind concrete blocks. We don’t want our Christmas masses to be surrounded by fear and distress. We don’t want our women, our daughters to be harassed in the New Year’s Eve crowd.”

Prime Minister Orbán added a warning against the forces which seek to deliberately weaken Christianity in Europe, which he described as a kind of cultural “immune system” — unnoticed while it is strong, but leaving the entire body politic vulnerable when it is weak.

“They want us to stop being who we are. They want us to become those who we don’t want to be. They want us to mix with people from another world, and to change in order to make diversity trouble-free,” he said.

“The free nations of Europe, the national governments elected by the free citizens, have a new task: to protect our Christian culture.
“Not for others, but for ourselves; for our families, for our nation, for our countries, and for the ‘homeland of our homeland’ — for the defence of Europe.”

2017 Has Seen A Terror Attack Attempted In Europe Every 9 Days

London mayor, Sadiq Khan says terror attacks ‘part and parcel’ of living in a major city.

Europe, the United Kingdom, and Russia have witnessed terror attacks or attempted attacks every nine days in 2017 on average, analysis of security incidents has revealed.

Since January, around 45 people have been killed by mostly Islamic terrorists, while hundreds have been injured. The only known incident not linked to jihadism in 2017 was the attack on the Borussia Dortmund soccer team by a Russian-German national attempting to profit from short-selling stock in the company.

Attacks and attempted attacks have taken place in Austria, France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy, Russia, Sweden, Norway, and Germany.

Security services in Britain — population 65 million — are known to be tracking 3,500 potential terror suspects or persons posing a threat. Meanwhile Belgium, with its population of just 12 million, is tracking around 18,000 potential jihadists.

A further minimum of 14 terror attacks have occurred in Turkey in 2017, a NATO member country currently being considered for European Union membership.

Homeless Man Had To Pull Nails Out of A Little Girl's Face After Manchester Attack

A homeless man who rushed to help the victims of Monday’s terrorist attack on the Manchester Arena said he had to “pull nails” from children’s bodies and faces.

The man, identified only as “Steve,” recounted the harrowing scene to Britain’s ITV news Tuesday. He noted that many of victims were young children covered in blood.

“It’s just instinct to go and help, if someone needed your help and it was children and it was a lot of children with blood all over them and crying and screaming,” Steve said. “We were having to pull nails out of their arms, and a couple out of this little girl’s face.”

Steve noted how he and a friend had to hold one victim’s legs up to prevent her from bleeding out after discovering a cut on her side. He said that just because he is homeless, it doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a “heart.”

Two explosions rocked the arena as concert goers were leaving an Ariana Grande concert Monday night, killing 22 and injuring approximately 50 others. The attacker reportedly detonated his payload outside a ticket kiosk, waiting for the concert to end in apparent attempt to maximize casualties. The use of nails, screws and ball bearings as shrapnel is a hallmark of jihadi terrorist groups.

The Islamic State took responsibility for the attack on Tuesday, saying a “caliphate soldier managed to place a number of devices among a gathering of crusaders in Manchester, and detonated them.”

U.S. officials suspect 22-year-old Salman Ramadan Abedi was responsible for the attack, according to several reports.

Steve noted that he felt it was his responsibility to aid those hurt in the attack.

“It had to be done, you had to help. If I didn’t help, I wouldn’t be able to live with myself for walking away and leaving kids like that,” he said.

Austria Just Banned The Burqa

Austria is the latest country to ban people from wearing a full-face veil in public. The Austrian parliament approved the ban on Tuesday evening. The ban was part of a series of rules designed to help migrants better integrate to the country, and also included stipulations that migrants take classes to learn German. Migrants were also encouraged to volunteer for charitable organizations.

Those who wear veils that cover their facial features from October may have to pay a €150 fine.

Other measures in the new rules include a one-year obligatory integration course including German language tuition for migrants who have a good chance of staying in Austria. The laws also encourage asylum seekers to do unpaid charitable work, with the aim of preparing for the labor market.

The government proposed the measures, which the far-right Freedom Party of Austria criticized for not going far enough and the Greens slammed for going too far, earlier this year. The ban on full-face veils go into effect in October. People who are found to be wearing the veils in public will be fined 150 euro.
Several other European countries, including France and Belgium, have also banned the wearing of full-face veils in public. Austrian courts have previously ruled that companies have the right to ban their employees from wearing a veil.

Muslim Screaming 'Allahu Akbar' Murders Three In Fresno

On Tuesday morning around 10:45AM, a Muslim named Kori Ali Muhammad walked through Fresno, California, shooting three men dead at random, including one in the parking lot of Catholic Charities. When he was arrested, he screamed “Allahu akbar.” According to the local ABC station, Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer “indicated it was ‘still too early’ to know if the shootings were an act of terrorism.”

Of course. And for those who refuse to acknowledge the nature or magnitude of the Islamic jihad against the West, it will always be too early, even if Kori Ali Muhammad presents Dyer with an ISIS membership card and a letter signed by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi commanding him to carry out this attack. In this case, the familiar dance of denial by non-Muslim authorities intent on absolving Islam of all responsibility for the crimes done in its name and in accord with its teachings is not the central lesson of the attack – that sad charade has played out all too often in the past, and will many more times in the future, and there is nothing new to say about it.

The key story in the murders committed by Kori Ali Muhammad is that they constitute a jihad attack carried out by an apparent member of the Nation of Islam, the racist black supremacist pseudo-Islamic group headed by Louis Farrakhan. According to the Los Angeles Times, “a Facebook profile page for a Kori Ali Muhammad from Fresno paid homage to black pride and black nationalism, with images of the red, green and black Pan-African flag and images of a raised fist. The page listed him as a ‘warrior’ for RBG Nation, referencing red, black and green.”

What’s more, “in recent days, he repeatedly posted images to his frenetic Facebook page with the hashtag #LETBLACKPEOPLEGO. He referenced ‘white devils’ and praised melanoma skin cancer. In a post Monday, he wrote in all caps: ‘MY KILL RATE INCREASES TREMENDOUSLY ON THE OTHER SIDE ASÈ ALLAH U AKBAR.’ Shortly before that, he posted: ‘BLACK WARRIORS MOUNT UP AND RIDE OUT *ASÈ* #LETBLACKPEOPLEGO.’” Ase, according to the Times, “is a term from the Yoruba people of Nigeria, referencing a concept that there is power in our spirituality, words and feelings.” Muhammad also referred to “white devils” and the Nation of Islam’s mythical evil figure who created white people, Mr. Yakub.

If Muhammad is indeed a member of the Nation of Islam, he demonstrates yet again how members of the Nation of Islam, even though orthodox Sunni and Shia Muslims consider the Nation a heretical sect, can identify with the global jihad, and place themselves in its service. The most notorious example of this is the Beltway Sniper, John Allen Muhammad, who along with his accomplice, Lee Boyd Malvo, murdered seventeen people in sniper attacks in the Washington, D.C. area in October 2002. Muhammad had joined the Nation of Islam in 1987; Malvo was discovered to have kept notebooks in which he drew portraits of Osama bin Laden and other jihadis and declared his determination to wage jihad himself.

When Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan spoke at the Nation’s annual gathering in Detroit last February, attendees greeted him with thunderous cries of “Allahu akbar” and listened raptly as Farrakhan railed against not against the Nation’s bogey, white people, but against the Jews: “I want to disabuse the Jews today of the false claim that you are the chosen of God — that Israel or Palestine belongs to you. I want to disabuse you of that. I’m going to tell you about your future. You that think you have power to frighten and dominate the peoples of the world. I’m here to announce the end of your time.”

He has, of course, spoken this way many times before. That Farrakhan would so often use the platform of his racist cult to attack the Jews suggests that he is interested in currying favor with mainstream Muslims who are well aware of how deeply embedded anti-Semitism is in the Qur’an. Orthodox Islam does not blame the evils of the world on white people, but the Nation’s Jew-hatred is certainly mainstream Islam, and an indication of how the Nation is often a way station: African-American men convert to it and then pass from it into orthodox Sunni groups, or turn to jihad even without doing so. Kori Ali Muhammad is just the latest example of this.

If authorities ever decide that the random shooting of three non-Muslims by a Muslim screaming “Allahu akbar” might possibly be terrorism, they might begin investigations that would make all this clear to them and help them prevent it from happening in the future. But nothing seems much less likely.

ISIS Starves Civilians To Force Them Into Fighting For The Caliphate

The Islamic State is withholding food and water from citizens in Mosul in an effort to force them into joining the terrorist organization, according to an Iraqi non-profit.

The beleaguered terrorist organization has suffered personnel and territory losses since the U.S.-backed Iraqi Security Forces began operations to retake Mosul in October. Combat operations in Mosul have led to intense, street-to-street fighting in the city’s western area. ISIS is now forcibly conscripting the thousands of locals who remain by withholding food and water, according to a report by the Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights.

“An infant and its sister [have] died last week in Uruba neighborhood due to lack of food,” the report stated. “Now their mother is facing the same fate as she is in a very bad health condition.”

Some local civilians have given into ISIS to survive.

PARIS (AP) — Right-wing presidential candidate Marine Le Pen vowed on Wednesday to end the fear of terrorism in France and stamp out the “poison” of Islamic radicals, holding her final rally in the southern port city of Marseille, where police arrested two men a day earlier on suspicion of plotting an attack around this weekend’s vote.

Independent centrist candidate Emmanuel Macron, who was at the top of a recent poll, reached out to the Muslim community for solutions.

With four days until Sunday’s first round of the presidential election, candidates blanketed the country ahead of the nail-biting election. Tight security was the order of the day for Le Pen and other top candidates.

The populist Le Pen, a leading candidate, called for a “national insurrection, peaceful and democratic … to give France back to its people.”

Police scuffled with ultra-left and anti-Le Pen protesters heading to her rally.

Gaspard Flamant, 26, said he feared Le Pen could win. “We saw (President Donald) Trump, we saw Brexit … so I’m mistrustful,” he said.

Le Pen has in the past expressed hope that the anti-system momentum would rub off on her. However, she has recently lost the leader’s edge in polls.

Socialist candidate Benoit Hamon promised that if he won France’s presidency he would give asylum to Edward Snowden, the former U.S. National Security Agency contractor who has taken refuge in Moscow since revealing details of secret U.S. government eavesdropping programs in 2013.

A police officer was killed and another wounded in a wild shooting on Paris’ busiest street, according to reports.
The cops were stopped at a red light on the Champs Elysee — a bustling boulevard popular with tourists and famed for its luxury stores and eateries — when the gunman drove by at around 9 pm, the police union told the Express.
At least two people were involved in the shooting — one of them was also killed while the other is on the lam, the paper reports.
A government spokesman thinks the officers may have been deliberately targeted, Reuters reports.
The shooting comes just days before the country’s presidential elections, and less than two years after the terrorist attacks that killed 130 people in the French capital.
“It looks like another terrorist attack. What can you say? It never ends,” President Trump said during an unrelated press conference.

A group of Swedish soccer fans wore Muslim head coverings to a match on Sunday in order to get around a new law banning masks at matches to crack down on violence.

The new legislation, spearheaded by Interior Minister Anders Ygeman, requires everyone to show their faces during soccer matches and went into effect on March 1. However, exceptions to the law are made for officials such a police or fire fighters in the line of duty, and for those covering their faces for religious reasons.

A group of hard-core fans from AIK took advantage of the loophole and attended the first game of the season, against Häcken, wearing niqab, a black full-face covering worn by some Muslim women.

The fans, known as ultras, made their message clear by holding up a banner which read, “AIK’s ultras mean well, we’re now wearing masks for religious reasons,” Swedish news site The Local reported.

A Clown Tries To Smear Jeff Sessions and David Horowitz

There was quite a stir during the Senate confirmation hearings for Attorney General nominee Jeff Sessions this week, when, to the delight of so many observers, the famous Bozo the Clown showed up to question Senator Sessions on Tuesday. Bozo didn't bring along his big red nose, or his face paint, or his large shock of red hair, so we all got to see that his real identity is that of U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D–Connecticut). But even without the costume, there was no mistaking that we were witnessing the well-practiced performance of a bona-fide, veteran clown, as Bozo Blumenthal stammered his way—with proper clownish awkwardness—through the notes that had been prepared for him by whoever is in charge of prepping buffoonish Democrat clowns for Senate hearings. And we can't really blame poor Bozo for the vacuousness of his “charges” against Sessions, given that the job description for clowns does not—so far as anyone can tell—require one to actually know what he's talking about. Making strange sounds and goofy faces is enough.
Bozo Blumenthal played his part to perfection when he confronted Sessions with the fact that the senator had previously expressed great admiration for David Horowitz, even though the latter has said, as Bozo noted, that “all the major Muslim organizations in America are connected to the Muslim Brotherhood”; that “80 percent of the mosques are filled with hate against Jews and Americans”; and that “too many blacks are in prison because too many blacks commit crimes.” 
With regard to the first quote, poor Bozo apparently has no idea that in May 1991, the Muslim Brotherhood itself produced a highly revealing “Explanatory Memorandum” outlining its “General Strategic Goal” in North America. This document was written by Mohamed Akram Adlouni—a member not only of the Brotherhood's governing Shura Council, but also of its Planning Committee, its Special Committee, its Curriculum Committee, and its Palestine Committee (which provided funds and manpower for Hamas). Asserting that the Brotherhood's mission was to carry out “a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying … Western civilization from within,” the Memorandum advocated the use of stealth measures to impose Islamic values and customs on the West in a piecemeal, incremental fashion. Moreover, it listed some 29 likeminded “organizations of our friends” which sought to realize that same Muslim Brotherhood objective. Among those 29 organizations were groups that remain, to this day, among the most influential Islamic entities in America today. They include:

• the International Institute of Islamic Thought, whose co-founder promotes global Muslim rule based on Sharia Law;
• the Islamic Circle of North America, which, as terrorism expert Steven Emerson notes, “openly supports militant Islamic fundamentalist organizations, praises terror attacks, issues incendiary attacks on western values and policies, and supports the imposition of Sharia”; 
• the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), which has often defended extremists and invited them to speak at its annual conferences (which routinely draw tens of thousands of attendees);
• the ISNA Fiqh Committee, whose leadership includes individuals who have praised Islamic suicide bombers and co-authored a fatwa declaring that Muslims' conversion out of Islam constitutes “high treason” punishable by death;
• the North American Islamic Trust, which, at the 2007 trial investigating allegations that the now-defunct Holy Land Foundation had engaged in the illegal financing of terrorism, was named as an “unindicted co-conspirator” and a “membe[r] of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood”; and 
• the Muslim Students Association of the U.S. and Canada, whose campus events frequently feature speeches by Jew-haters and jihad-supporters, and whose leaders have been arrested and convicted on a wide array of terrorism-related charges over the years.

Also on the Brotherhood's 1991 list of “friends” was the now-defunct Islamic Association for Palestine, the Hamas-affiliated parent organization of the notorious Council on American-Islamic Relations.
Moreover, there are other major Muslim Brotherhood allies that weren't named in that 1991 Memorandum. One of these is the Muslim American Society (MAS), whose former Secretary General personally told the Chicago Tribune in 2004 that Brotherhood members had not only “founded MAS,” but constituted about 45% of MAS’s active members. Another is the Muslim Public Affairs Council, whose founders were members of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and were closely allied with the Brotherhood's original creator, Hassan al-Banna.
The list could go on and on, of course, but don't tell Bozo Blumenthal any of this, lest he feel compelled to wipe his trademark, self-satisfied smirk off of his face.

Bozo's displeasure with David Horowitz's assertion that “80 percent of the mosques [in the U.S.] are filled with hate against Jews and Americans” is also problematic, since the statement happens to be true. According to Sufi leader Sheikh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani’s January 7, 1999 testimony before a State Department Open Forum, Islamic extremists had already gained control of “more than 80 percent of the mosques in the United States.” This, said Kabbani, “means that the ideology of extremism has been spread to 80 percent of the Muslim population, mostly the youth and the new generation.” In his personal investigation of 114 American mosques, Kabbani found that “ninety of them were mostly exposed ... to extreme or radical ideology, based on their speeches, books and board members.”

Similarly, a 2005 report from the Center for Religious Freedom asserted that “Saudi publications on hate ideology fill American mosques.” Three years later, a report by the International Assessment and Strategy Center indicated that the highly radicalized ISNA was supplying educational and support services to about 1,100 of the approximately 1,500 mosques in North America. And in 2011 the “Mapping Sharia in America Project,” sponsored by the Washington-based Center for Security Policy, conducted a random survey of 100 representative mosques in the U.S. and found that: “51% had texts on site rated as severely advocating violence; 30% had texts rated as moderately advocating violence; and 19% had no violent texts at all.... In 84.5% of the mosques, the imam recommended studying violence-positive texts.”

Again, don't clutter Bozo Blumenthal's mind with any of this. Nor should anyone call his attention to the fact that David Horowitz's statement about African Americans in the criminal-justice system is likewise entirely accurate. To put the quote in its full context, Horowitz once wrote the following:

“If blacks constitute just under half the prison population, for example, one cannot be allowed to insinuate that the black community might have a problem when it comes to raising children as law-abiding members of society. Oh no. Such a statistic can only be explained by the racism of a criminal-justice system that is incarcerating too many blacks. Nonsense like this is proposed daily by the entire spectrum of the so-called civil rights leadership, from the racist bloviator Al Sharpton to the urbane Urban League president Hugh Price. In the intimidating atmosphere that this consensus creates, to suggest the obvious—that too many blacks are in prison because too many blacks commit crimes—is to be identified as an apologist for racism and perhaps a racist oneself.”

Not a word—not a syllable—of that quote is untrue. Black incarceration rates are in fact a direct result of actual black crime rates. How do we know this? Because each year, the Census Bureau conducts a monumentally extensive National Crime Victimization Survey wherein crime victims nationwide identify the perceived race, sex, age, etc. of the perpetrators who have victimized them. Of course, all of this would be far too much for Bozo Blumenthal to take in. ISIS steals human organs from its own members Nineveh province of Iraq according to Al-Sumaria News.

The report stated, “A medical unit belonging to ISIS stole human organs, including kidneys and other organs, from 85 militants in Nineveh hospitals, and transferred them to another hospital on the outskirt of the city.”

“The group lost the majority of its funds, especially crude oil that provided 80% of the total income to the terrorist group, so it started to trade in human organs to revive its finances,” the Al-Sumaria report explained.

“Dozens of human organs were stolen from civilians and bodies that were transferred to the forensic medicine department, and then transferred through mediators to Syria then to human organ traders,” Al-Sumaria added.

It is not known if anyone has complained about their disappointment to the multimillionaire liberal singer, 58, over her volte face.

Lots of hoaxes to try to pitch the point. On the other hand, the actual attacks on Trump supporters and the criminal nature of the riots by anti-Trump leftists have gotten far less coverage than the ‘fear’ of Trump.

The first one to really go viral involved a Muslim female student at the University of Louisiana who claimed to have had her hijab ripped off and her wallet stolen the day after Trump’s election by two white men wearing Trump hats. But on Thursday, local police announced that the young woman had admitted she fabricated the story. “This incident is no longer under investigation,” the Lafayette Police Department said in a press release.
In another incident, this one in San Diego, a young Muslim woman’s purse and car were stolen by one white male and one Hispanic male. While the men allegedly made negative comments about Muslims, it seems car stealing was more their motivation than harassment or intimidation—which is obviously shitty, but not necessarily a Trump-inspired act of bigotry.
And an alleged incident of a gay man named Chris Ball getting beaten up by Trump supporters in Santa Monica on election night seems to have not happened the way it was initially recounted, if the incident even happened at all. The Santa Monica Police Department posted a message to Facebook Thursday saying that neither the department nor city officials had “received any information indicating this crime occurred in the City of Santa Monica” and “a check of local hospitals revealed there was no victim of any such incident admitted or treated.”

Anti Trump Violence Sweeping The Nation, Media Pays Little Attention

While the mainstream media has been working day and night promoting Hillary Clinton’s candidacy, it has largely ignored or downplayed violent attacks against supporters of Donald Trump.

But assaults on Trump supporters appear to be growing increasingly common as Election Day approaches and tensions intensify. Reports of Trump lawn signs and banners being stolen and defaced are everywhere on social media.

Making matters worse, undercover video evidence emerged showing senior Democrat operatives Robert Creamer and Scott Foval acknowledging using dirty, likely illegal tricks against the Trump campaign. Their goal was to generate negative media coverage of Trump rallies by fomenting violence at them. The media eagerly used the various fisticuffs and melees the Democrats created to attempt to discredit Trump by depicting his supporters as violent, knuckle-dragging crazies.

The videos, shot by ACORN slayer James O’Keefe’s group Project Veritas Action, show Foval on camera saying his agents “infiltrate” Trump events. “It doesn’t matter what the friggin’ legal and ethics people say, we need to win this motherf****er.” He adds, “we’re starting anarchy here.”

Creamer, previously convicted of felony bank fraud, has visited the Obama White House more than 300 times. In one of the videos, he says Hillary Clinton personally knows about the false flag operation. Her campaign “is fully in it,” Creamer confirms. “Hillary knows through the chain of command what’s going on.”

Despite their aversion to covering stories that put Trump in a sympathetic light, members of the media had no choice but to cover the extremely newsworthy Oct. 15 weekend firebombing of Republican Party headquarters in Orange County, North Carolina. Gov. Pat McCrory called the arson “an attack on our democracy,” while one GOP official called it an act of “political terrorism.” Spray-painted on the building next door were a swastika and the sentence “Nazi Republicans get out of town or else.”

Syrian Refugee Demands All Signs In Europe Be Written In Arabic

 Syrian migrant teen has demanded that all signs and products in Europe should be labelled in Arabic to make migrants feel more welcome.

Aras Bacho moved to Germany from Syria five years ago and while only 18 has become a regular columnist in migrant issues across German media.

“Of course everything in Europe should be in Arabic for refugees,” Bacho wrote in the German edition of The Huffington Post. Claiming that he finds it “sad” that many migrants can live in a country like Germany for years, or even decades, without ever learning German, he says that integration is difficult due to the language barrier.

“I, as a refugee, think that inscriptions on street signs in Europe should be translated into Arabic. Equally,  food packaging should be in Arabic. It should also be possible to take tests in Arabic,” he wrote.

According to Bacho, if everything were in Arabic then migrants who have passed their driving licence would find it easier to drive in Germany, they would “understand the law more quickly”, and be able to enter the labour market if Germans spoke and wrote Arabic, rather than German.

Syrian Refugee With 4 Wives and 23 Children Claims Almost $400,000 A Year In German Welfare Benefits

A SYRIAN refugee with four wives and 23 children has sparked outrage after it was claimed he was receiving a staggering £320,000 a year in benefits.

The migrant, known only as Ghazia A, fled Syria last year along with his family.

He has since resettled in Germany with his four wives and 22 of his children. One of his daughters has since moved to Saudi Arabia where she has married.

The family could be receiving more than £320,000 a year in benefits according to a financial manager on the Employers’ Association website.

There is no official confirmation on this figure.

Under Islamic tradition, the 49-year-old can have up to four wives – as long as he can support them financially.

Germany does not legally recognise polygamy, meaning that Ghazia A was forced to choose a “main wife” so the rest of the family could claim benefits. The other three wives are categorised as “friends” of the Syrian migrant.

But a local official in the town of Montabaur described the situation as an “exemption”.

Ghazia A now lives with his “main” wife Twasif and their five children in Montabaur, in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate – while the other three wives and children have been moved into neighbouring communities up to 31 miles away.

The man used to work in a garage and car hire service in his homeland but has not worked since resettling in Germany.

He expressed an interest in working again but noted his commitments to his family made this difficult.

He told German newspaper Bild: “In our religion it is my duty to visit every family and to be with them.”
