"Shall Not Be Infringed" is about as Ironclad, and Unambiguous as it gets. Except of course for those who've spent years as a Ca. Democrat trying to Eviscerate that Right into Non-existence, and then get themselves arrested by the FBI for gun running.
This latest mass murder/atrocity at Ford Hood Army Base seems a bit propitious for an Administration whose Party has been absolute Hell on the U.S. Constitution's 2nd Amendment, and Especially in light of the recent spate of FBI arrests of Politicians, all of the President & Co. own Party, . . . with Anti-Gun California State Senator Leland Yee being the absolute jewel in the their hypocritical crown.
Emperor Obama has promised us that if Congress won't get on board with his anti-2nd Agenda he will personally take Executive Action. (which he does Not have the Constitutional Authority to do.)
So, with Fort Hood stealing the headlines which Should be focusing on the arrest of Leland Yee, we are turning Our attention to this story in how ever many posts/steps it takes.
from Guns Magazine;
The Arms Deal That Brought Down Sen. Leland Yee, His Consultant, and A Dentist.
The 137-page affidavit details the FBI’s 4-year investigation of a criminal organization in San Francisco, its ties to Yee, and on Yee’s corruption. It reads like a crime novel following two undercover agents who immerse themselves in the city’s seedy underbelly. One agent poses as a political donor, exploring the depths of Yee’s corruption and how it affects state legislation. While the other exposes criminal mischief, i.e. money laundering, drugs, stolen goods and guns, which ultimately leads him to meet with Yee about an arms trafficker.
The latter agent’s story began May 2010 when he met Kwok Cheung Chow, aka “Shrimp Boy,” the head of the criminal organization Chee Kung Tong in San Francisco. The agent embeds himself with Chow’s people and various dealings and meetings, eventually discussing the arms deal with Yee three years later.
