Lib Rag Salon Calls For Law To Make Flying The Confederate Flag A "Hate Crime".

The shark has been jumped.

Via Salon:
It is a fine thing that the Confederate flag will no longer fly above the South Carolina state capitol. But displaying the Confederate flag anywhere is, at bottom, an act of hate. It should be recognized as such, and punished as a hate crime.
FYI. We don't own a Confederate flag, and don't care who does.

This is the 1st Amendment under attack again.

Regarding Hate Crimes.

Bobby Slayton once suggested that drivers be issued toy guns firing suction cup darts with a flag on them reading A**hole, and when another driver did something stupid people were to shoot an A**hole flag onto their trunk. Then when a driver collected 5 flags the police could pull them over and ticket them for being an A**hole.

Hate Crimes should only require one flag for anyone suggesting one.

Victims don't get beaten and killed because the person who attacked them loved them.

We'd be tempted to ask how you can add criminal enhancement penalties for committing an emotion, but then, we already Have the Mental Health set cranking them out morning, noon, and night.
