After a Jury said Guilty and a Judge told J&J to Pay $1.2 Billion for Risperdal Marketing Shenanigans, (Arkansas' Medicaid fraud and deceptive trade practices laws) now, they're telling J&J to pay the outside legal help Arkansas hired.
