The guy's sedated. He plays back his recording, and Voila!
Sounds like legal precedent for insulting/defrauding consumers into a Psych Diagnosis and chemical/high voltage battering.
Insults can recoup financial damages from an unconscious colonoscopy patient.
Now what about the lifetime insult/stink from a 'mental health' quack who has never cured Anything, and is illegally protected from having to wear their own insult/stink by 5th and 14th Amendment violating, State legislated, HC worker Diversion programs?

Jury award includes costs due to defamation, medical malpractice and punitive damages
A jury awarded $500,000 to a Virginia man whose accidental recording of his colonoscopy revealed his surgical team mocked him while he was under anesthesia, according to the Washington Post. Not only did the man's doctors insult him and express a desire to physically assault him, they also deliberately misdiagnosed him and instructed an assistant to lie to him. The judgment included $100,000 for defamation, $200,000 for medical malpractice and $200,000 in punitive damages. Although defamation cases typically involve published or publicly spoken statements, experts said the case was a rare instance in which the defamatory remarks occurred in private. "The jury apparently was just so offended at this unprofessional behavior that they're going to give the plaintiff a win," Reston, Virginia, lawyer Lee Berlik told the Post. "That's what happens in the real world." Article
Thank You Mr Budryk and FierceHealthcare.
"The jury apparently was just so offended at this unprofessional behavior, . . "
Juries need to get up to speed on just what passes for 'professional conduct' throughout the entire HC Industry.
And if they ever do, there goes Psych.
They'll award civil damages at the drop of a Diagnosis.
