Risperdal and Breast Development in Boys
Risperdal lawsuits, in the hundreds, continue to gain traction and move forward in Pennsylvania’s Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. The basis of the suits alleges that use of the drug Risperdal has caused men and boys to develop gynecomastia.
Court documents show an estimated 700 Risperdal lawsuits have been filed on behalf of individuals who have suffered gynecomastia and other serious health effects that has been linked to the medication.
The lawsuits further allege Johnson & Johnson failed to provide adequate warning labels regarding the drug’s side effects.
