Reid Threatens To Go Nuclear
By Alexander Bolton - 11/19/13 03:20 PM EST
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) announced Tuesday that he is looking at reforming Senate rules to prevent Republicans from filibustering President Obama’s judicial nominees.
“I’m at the point where we need to do something to allow government to function,” Reid said when asked if he would consider using the so-called nuclear option, a controversial procedural tactic for changing Senate rules. “I’m considering looking at the rules.”
The seldom-used tactic would allow Democrats to change the Senate’s rules with a simple-majority vote.
Thank You Mr Bolton and The Hill.
Hmmm, . . . Because Obama has done such a smash up job with his previous appointees?

This proves Elena Kagan is an open and avowed socialist. The woman declares that socialists must stick together instead of fracture in order to advance a socialist agenda, which Kagan advocates. 1
Keep in mind that Kagan wrote her thesis at the height of the cold war praising a group that collaborated with our enemies
Thank You Mr Erickson and Redstate.
Back to Mr Bolton at The Hill for more of Senator Reid's procedural nonsense:
“The founding fathers never had in place in the Constitution about
filibusters or extended debate,” he told reporters. “This country
operated fairly well for 140 years without filibuster protection.”
Yeah? Well the Founding Fathers never envisioned seating Socialists on the Supreme Court who openly despised and repudiated Everything those Founding Fathers stood, lived, fought and died for Either.
One would think that if Justice Kagen's thesis and beliefs weren't an open slap in the face to Most Americans Princeton would have been Proud to let the overwhelming Majority of Americans Read the damning indictment, rather than their invoking Copyright to Bury It.
