Missouri Votes: 71% Tell Obama to Shove His Healthcare

The Conservative Manifesto has;

MO Voters Reject O'Care Mandate

I'm telling you, folks. The states are rising...

Missouri voters on Tuesday overwhelmingly rejected a key provision of President Barack Obama's health care law, sending a clear message of discontent to Washington and Democrats less than 100 days before the midterm elections.

About 71 percent of Missouri voters backed a ballot measure, Proposition C, that would prohibit the government from requiring people to have health insurance or from penalizing them for not having it.

"Public officials in well over a dozen states, including Missouri, have filed lawsuits claiming Congress overstepped its constitutional authority by requiring citizens to buy health insurance."

The Missouri law conflicts with a federal requirement that most people have health insurance or face penalties starting in 2014.

Tuesday's vote was seen as largely symbolic because federal law generally trumps state law. But it was also seen as a sign of growing voter disillusionment with federal policies and a show of strength by conservatives and the tea party movement.

"To us, it symbolized everything," said Annette Read, a tea party participant from suburban St. Louis who quit her online retail job to lead a yearlong campaign for the Missouri ballot measure. "The entire frustration in the country ... how our government has misspent, how they haven't listened to the people, this measure in general encompassed all of that."
Congress has been "Overstepping Its Authority" for Two Centuries, and its well past due for "Public Officials in Over a Dozen States" to start calling them on it.

If Congress is All so Self Inflated about its own Self Importance and the Scope of its All Inclusive Authority, it can Damn well insinuate itself into New Jersey and Do Something about the Drug Battering, by Violent Quacks, of American Citizens.

Psychiatric Patients Advocates Sue New Jersey

"Robert Davison, executive director of the Mental Health Association of Essex County, called New Jersey’s policy “beneath contempt.”

“This state is way behind the times,” he said. “It suspends people’s civil rights without due process, and it’s troubled me for years.”

A few states require that the issue of involuntary medication be addressed when someone is being committed. More than 20 states require a separate hearing on the subject. There is no way to know how many patients in New Jersey would have their medications changed if there were an external review. But the advocates say a fundamental right is at stake."

A Fundamental Right Is At Stake?

Just One?

When the Ideates Force Poisoning their Incarcerated Victims don't even have a Shred of Biological Proof that any of their BS Illnesses are even Illnesses to Begin With? Much Less that those Ideates can actually Cure any of their own Opinions?

Damn Straight a 'Fundamental Right' is at stake.

Just Who do you think is Paying for this Outrage in New Jersey, ..... Hmmm?

Expanding Government Funded 'Mental Health' Benefit Coverage, ..... Hmmm?

  3. I'm irked that I'm forced to do business with a private company when I buy car insurance. So you can imagine my ire at being forced to do business with a private health insurance company. It's simply not going to happen.
