NARSAD: Where Science = Dr Keller, Nemeroff, Schatzberg, and Eli Lilly: Part II

Previously on NARSAD - The National Alliance For Research on Schizophrenia And Depression - we met Dr. Steven M. Paul, who serves on NARSAD's Scientific Counsel.

At portfolio.com we meet Dr. Steven M. Paul again.

Their summation begins with numerous repetitions of the word 'Corporate' followed by 'policy committee, senior management, top Lilly executives, implements, strategies, corporate performance, opportunities', and so forth.

And at Business Week we have some earnings figures on the estimable Dr. Paul.

From NARSAD's 2007 Annual Report we learn:

"In 2007, nearly 60 million American adults — about one person in four — suffered from a diagnosable mental illness. Children were greatly affected, too, with one in 10 impaired by a mental disorder."

Thank God that such a caring individual as Dr. Steven M. Paul - without Any wish in his heart (or even Remotely detectable $AGENDA) but to Help those Poor, Suffering Millions - is at NARSAD, ..... contributing to the Dispassionate, and Rigorously Scientific understanding of 'Mental Illness'.

Earth to NARSAD Scientists, Come In, you NARSAD, ...... Scientists, you.

300 Million Americans/60 Million Americans Does NOT equal 1 in 4.

300/60 = 1 in 5.

Might you be putting the cart before the 'Incurable Mental Illness' SALES PITCH here, ..... NARSAD? (or any Other even Remotely detectable, ..... $ Corporate Chemical Factory AGENDA ?)
